FAQ

Which batteries do I need?

Each candle takes 1 × AA and the wand takes 2 × AA. A 12-pack needs 14 × AA in total, a 20-pack 22 × AA. Batteries aren't included, so grab a multipack before your party.

What does the wand do?

One wave turns all the candles on or off together. It also has a 6-hour timer, so they switch themselves off at the end of the evening.

How do I hang them?

Tie a length of the included fishing line to each candle and fix it to the ceiling, a curtain rail or a window frame with the included adhesive hooks. Hang them at different lengths for the full floating effect.

Can I use them without hanging?

Yes. They also fit most standard taper candle holders.

12 or 20 candles?

12 candles cover a dinner table or a small room. 20 fill a bigger room or a long table – that's where the floating effect really takes off.

When will my order arrive?

Most orders arrive within a week, with free tracked delivery to the UK and Europe. You get a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

What if I change my mind?

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days and we'll replace or refund it.
