1. Order Processing
All orders are processed and fulfilled by Neatify Store
Once your order is placed:

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been confirmed and a separate email with tracking details once shipped.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods (sales, holidays, etc.).
2. Shipping Times
Our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment warehouses to provide global coverage and fast delivery.
Estimated delivery times:

Sweden & EU: 4–10 business days

UK & Norway: 4–10 business days

Rest of world: 6–14 business days
These are average delivery estimates. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs, logistics, or local courier constraints.
If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages to ensure faster and more reliable shipping.
3. Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after dispatch, depending on the shipping carrier.
If your tracking link is not updating or you’re concerned about a delay, please contact us - we’ll be happy to help track your shipment.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on product or checkout pages when active.
5. Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing an order.
If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address, we cannot guarantee successful delivery.
In such cases, we are unable to issue a refund unless the package is returned to us by the carrier.
6. Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 business days, contact us at info@neatify.store and we will investigate with our suppliers and shipping partners.
If your package is confirmed lost or undeliverable, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes upon arrival in your country.
These fees are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
