We ensure that every product listed is accurately described and shipped according to the details provided at checkout.

  • Orders are processed automatically through our fulfillment system.

  • Shipping times vary by supplier and destination, typically between 7–18 business days.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

In rare cases, multiple items in one order may ship separately to ensure faster delivery.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in your store’s default currency and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments and supported gateways. We do not store or have access to your full payment information.

6. Shipping

We currently ship to most countries within the European Union and select international destinations.
Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and may vary due to customs or logistical delays outside our control.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@neatify.store with photos or a short video describing the issue.
We will review the case and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our supplier and AutoDS return policies.
