At Neatify, we aim to make your life a little neater — and that includes a smooth, worry-free shopping experience.

If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

🔹 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items.
To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at info@neatify.com with your order number and a short description of the issue.

We’ll review your request and provide the return address and next steps (depending on the product and supplier).

⚠️ Note: Because we partner with multiple fulfillment centers, the return address will vary depending on where your order was shipped from.

🔹 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect - contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or a short video showing the issue.
We’ll replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

🔹 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

🔹 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., personal care products, opened packaging).
Please check the product page for any non-returnable notice before purchasing.

🔹 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or credit card company.
If you’ve done this and still haven’t received it, contact us at info@neatify.com and we’ll assist immediately.

We are responsible for ensuring your order is fulfilled as described, and that you receive tracking information once your order ships.

All prices are listed in SEK or geographic relevant currency and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices or product availability at any time without prior notice.
